72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook - 13th May 2024 (6am)

There is a moderate chance of a few occasional showers across SVG during the next 72 hours as trade winds transport low level moisture across the island chain. Saharan dust intrusion has reduced significantly, with only a thin film of haze possible during the next few days.

Easterly (E) winds at 15km/h-30km/h will move across the island chain. Seas will be slight to moderate in open waters with swells peaking at 1.0m on the western coasts and  ranging between 1.5m-2.0m on the eastern coasts.
