72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook - 1st March 2024 (12noon)

On the southern edge of the Atlantic High Pressure System, weak unstable conditions could maintain occasional cloud patches bringing a few light-moderate showers, alternating with fair conditions and good visibility across St.Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) over the weekend. Varying concentrations of Saharan dust could create slight-haze across our area during Monday.

Gentle-moderate (15 - 25km/h) breeze increase occasionally near 30km/h and vary in direction between north north-east and easterly across our islands. A general reduction in wind speeds may be noticeable during Sunday, with light-gentle (10 - 15km/h) winds.

Sea conditions are slight to moderate in open water, with northerly swells 0.5m - 1.2m west of our islands and north-easterly swells 1.2m - 1.8m east of our islands.
