Weather Outlook 12th September 2020 (6 pm)

Cloudiness is increasing across our islands and scattered showers with thunderstorms are likely across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) tonight and during Sunday as a low-level trough crosses the islands…Residents and motorists should be alert, as pockets of moderate/heavy showers are possible... Unstable conditions could linger into Monday, triggering showers and isolated thunderstorms. A patch of Saharan dust could approach our area by Monday night, thickening to moderate haze during Tuesday.

We continue to monitor the Tropical Atlantic Ocean for any developments.

Light to gentle (~5 – 20 km/h) east south-easterly wind-flow could increase (up to 25 km/h)
