72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook- 17th August 2020 (6pm)

Moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to spread across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines tonight into tomorrow. Residents and motorist are asked to exercise caution for possible flash-flooding over the next few days. In addition, gusty winds are likely near showers, and loose objects can be hazardous.

The unstable conditions from tonight into tomorrow are associated with lingering moisture from a tropical wave coupled with moisture from the Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and a favourable upper level environment. Similar weather conditions are forecast for Wednesday.
